By booking an appointment with Ashley’s Beauti Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and salon policies.

Appointments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. All required deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until all booking requirements have been completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Deposits may be transferred one time when proper notice is provided. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit may be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in your service being shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on the amount of time remaining and the stylist’s schedule.

Service Pricing

Prices listed on the website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, desired style, amount of product required, and the time necessary to complete the service. Certain services may require a consultation before final pricing is determined.

Consultations & Specialty Services

Services such as Micro Loc installations, corrective color, chemical services, or other specialty services may require a consultation and additional booking requirements before an appointment is confirmed.

Hair & Service Results

Results may vary based on each client’s hair texture, condition, previous chemical or color services, maintenance, and home-care routine. Ashley’s Beauti Bar will provide professional recommendations based on the condition and needs of your hair.

Payments

Remaining balances are due at the time services are rendered. Available payment methods will be displayed during booking or communicated before your appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

Ashley’s Beauti Bar reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary, including situations involving inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, safety concerns, or circumstances that prevent the service from being performed appropriately.

Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, or receiving services from Ashley’s Beauti Bar, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and applicable salon policies.
